Career high (so far!) – Biggest
achievement
One of the most exciting responsibilities I have had has been organising
our annual Client Conferences. This has taken me to various interesting
locations throughout New Zealand, Australia and even back to Fiji!
What has kept you
at APS for so long?
Being part of the APS family.
My colleagues come from a variety of different cultures and we all enjoy
working together as a team to provide excellent products and services
to our clients.
What have been your
biggest learnings?
Adjusting to a world outside of Fiji.
What have been the
challenges in organising the APS conferences?
The greatest challenge every year is finding a suitable location and
a venue that is big enough to hold the numbers attending the conference
for accommodation and conference facilities.
What are some of the
positives from the conferences?
It is great to see the regulars come back year after year to learn about
new APS software, share ideas and socialise.
For relaxation
Going to the movies, going for a walk, watching sport on TV and relaxing
with a nice glass of Chardonnay….
Best indulgence
Traditional Fijian food.
Personal philosophy
Be true to yourself, honest and positive.
Best advice
Smile a lot and be happy. That is the Fijian way!
