APS releases Advance CRM
- fully integrated into Advance Practice Management
APS announced today the formal launch of its ground-breaking Advance
CRM software application that is fully integrated
with the Advance Practice Management software suite.
Advance CRM extends the value of the existing
Advance Practice Management system. This extension of Advance
delivers CRM capability from managing windows of opportunity,
event management, opportunity management and pipeline management.
It compliments many of the other accolade winning workflow
and business intelligence applications contained within the
Advance suite and uses them as an integral part of Advance
CRM.
In essence, Advance CRM helps firms to view their Client and
Prospect data in a new light – and plan marketing and business development
activities around that data.
Until now, many firms have been considering investing significant amounts in
stand alone CRM applications. While there are many applications on the market
that fulfil firms’ needs to a degree, Advance CRM allows
firms to run the very same applications from within their Advance Practice
Management system. Not only does this ensure a seamless approach to client
work and prospect management, but it also ensures there is no duplication of
data in separate databases – something firms have long been calling for.
