User number growth – recent
wins
2005 saw a flood of firms
coming over to APS from other suppliers. We are delighted
to announce that another important milestone was reached
on Friday 10th June 2005: the number of practitioners
using APS Advance reached the 25,000 mark.
Only three short
years ago (30 June 2002) we had a shade under 12,000 users
and as the new figures show, we have more
than doubled the number of users since that time.
Of course,
building a user base is one thing but achieving high levels
of satisfaction among clients at the same time
has been – and continues to be – our main goal.
With this in mind we are very proud of the collective satisfaction
ratings given to us by our clients in New Zealand, Australia
and the UK. A Client Survey was undertaken in each of those
key markets in March and April 2005 – please review
the results by clicking here.
To keep
clients and prospective clients in the loop as to our growing
client list, we include below details of
a number of recent additions to the APS client family. While
many of the firms listed are practices of scale with well
known names, it is worth noting that more than 50% of APS's
clients
are in the 1 to 3 partner range:

Advance Foundation – launched in October 2004
Since we first launched Advance Foundation in October 2004
we have seen a great deal of interest and take-up generated
among smaller firms with up to 10 users. We installed Advance
Foundation with a small number of ‘early adopter’ practices
in the months leading up to 31 December 2004 and since
ramping up the service in January of this year, we now
have 47 firms on the Advance Foundation suite.
