Financial Reporting using XPA (Aus, NZ)

XPA Tip 1: Fixing Value Errors in Xcede Financial Reports
Some users may experience a number of ‘#VALUE’ errors appearing in their financial reports in Xcede (as displayed in the screenshot below).

The main reason for this value error is because an incorrect default template may have been selected for the ledger or the financial reporting fields may not have been refreshed. (refer screenshot 2).

The financial reporting fields in the ledger need to be consistent with the financial reporting fields in the default template as they are linked. This is a typical occurrence for users who have upgraded their templates or have recently upgraded their system to Version 8.

XPA Tip 2: How to run an informative Note 1 for management reports (AUS)
Users often need to include an informative Note 1 for management reports, similar to the explanatory note required for compliance reports. It is important to update the financial reporting fields so that the detail in Note 1 appears. The screenshot below highlights where to select this option in the financial reporting fields.
