1. Can I set-up
Budgets details and use them in my reports?
PA
offers a fully integrated Budget system. You can have
as many budgets as you like attached to a single ledger.
Built in Budget options in the Xcede reporting wizard
allows the easy inclusion of Budgets in any of your
standard reports.
2. Can I have
graphics in my financial reports?
Yes,
as the Xcede reporting tool uses Excel you can incorporate
any graphic you need, e.g. Charts, logos etc.
3. Can I drill
down to get a breakdown of information?
A simple
double click with the mouse allows you to drill down
on any area within the Trial Balance.
4. How much
history can be stored for a ledger?
You
can keep and report on up to 10 years of Balance History
and up to 10 years of Transaction History.
5. Will PA work
with Windows XP,Office XP or Office 2003?
Yes
PA works with both Windows XP, Office XP and
Office 2003.
6. Does PA integrate
with other applications?
You
can import transactions from MYOB, BankLink, Cash Manager
and Jobal Cashbook . PA also has a generic import option
for other applications. A Solution 6 conversion wizard
is also available to import whole ledgers.
7. Can I change
the Balance Date after working on a ledger?
Yes,
the Balance Date can be changed at any time.
